Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at gaelwraps@gmail.com

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and email them to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Title & Risk of Loss

Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, even if the carrier loses or damages your package.
