Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, our return policy gives you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be in the same condition you received them (unworn, unused, with tags).

Be in the original packaging.

Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Custom products (including personalized or made-to-order items), sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return

If your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Items sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
For the fastest turnaround, return your item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason, with no justification required. Items must meet the same eligibility conditions as above.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at gaelwraps@gmail.com
